New friends Erin and Alex discover a mutual attraction that neither of them have ever felt before. While Alex tries to navigate her feelings, Erin refuses to acknowledge that she might be gay and heads down a path of self-destruction. Faced with Erin's denial, Alex must decide whether to follow her own path, or fight for the first person she's ever loved.

Joanna is a Vancouver actor, writer and filmmaker. She's probably best known for her nerdy comedy work in series like Standard Action, Humans & Households and One Hit Die, and you can catch her performing improv comedy on stage at the Rio Theatre in Vancouver with The Critical Hit Show. Recent career highlights include taking part in The Big Loop audio drama by Paul Bae, performing in the Canadian premiere of one-woman drama Grounded by George Brant at the Vancouver Fringe Festival, and launching her film production company, Mightyjoanna Productions, which has a focus on music and human connection.
Louise E. Lathey - Writer, Director, Producer
Film has always been Louise's passion and she has been writing screenplays since she was 12 years old. Throughout her youth she wrote, directed and edited student films and participated in student festivals. She attended Capilano University and completed a certificate in Motion Picture Production. She wants to make films that tell real and honest stories that speak to people.Who Am I Now? will be her directorial debut.
